Golfclub Landgoed Coudewater is a 9-hole parkland course in Rosmalen, laid out on the wooded grounds of Landgoed Coudewater and designed by Michiel van der Vaart. From the club’s own description, the estate setting brings a modern clubhouse and brasserie to a green, tree-lined course, with a par of 35 over the nine.
Golfers on LeadingCourses give it 7.5 out of 10 from 28 ratings, and on Hole19 it scores 4.4 out of 5 across 84 ratings — a warm, consistent welcome from the people who have played it. The club is NGF-affiliated, and its own site lists a full practice set: a driving range, putting green, short-game area and practice bunkers, plus a restaurant, terrace, buggy rental, and lockers and showers.
Suits: this is a course that opens its arms to newer golfers and families. There is a golf academy on site and a dedicated junior program, so beginners and young players have a real home here — while the parkland nine still gives a returning golfer a pleasant, walkable round.
The club welcomes visitors who hold a valid handicap or NGF/GVB card, and you can book your tee time online directly on the website — no phone call needed. The green fee sits in the mid-range: around €30 for nine holes and €35 for eighteen, per the club’s own rates. With buggies for hire and a brasserie waiting at the turn, a round here is easy to plan and comfortable to play.
★ Suits: beginners and juniors with a valid handicap or NGF card, returning parkland golfers who enjoy a walkable estate nine, and families looking for a comfortable day out.

Marina's note for learners
A 9-hole parkland layout rewards shot placement and short-game control — the skills I focus on most with newer players. If you hold a handicap or GVB card, Coudewater's on-site academy makes it a great place to put a lesson straight into practice.

A tight parkland nine like Coudewater asks for placement over power — a straight tee shot and a soft, confident wedge into a tree-framed green. The short game is exactly the part I most love teaching, because that is where a new golfer’s score drops fastest and the whole round starts to feel easier.

Very much so. The 9-hole parkland layout is rated easy, there is an on-site golf academy, and the club runs a dedicated junior program — a genuine home for players of every level who want to learn and improve.
You will find a driving range, putting green, short-game area, practice bunkers, a restaurant and terrace, buggy hire, and full lockers and showers — everything you need for a comfortable day out.
Marina teaches at Chi Chi Golf in Utrecht and Golfschool Hoenderdaal in Driebergen, not at Coudewater itself. A lesson with her is a great way to sharpen your short game and shot placement — the skills that make a tight parkland nine like this one much more enjoyable. Book online, send a WhatsApp, or give her a call.
